As a UX designer at FK Distribution A/S I was part of a small team aiming to emprove the user experience and usabiliy at the app ‘My offers’ (Minetilbud). This concept aggregates offers from groceries and other physical stores as well as online stores all over Denmark.

The design was optimized and more streamlined. User flows were optimized by identifying the different user goals. A value proposition was introduced, and a contextual onboarding was introduced for new users. I was also a significant part of starting a dedicated design guide to improve communication between business and external consultants.

My process vary from project to project. At FK Distribution, I worked with several methods such as: 

• Fokus groups, idedevelopment-workshops, desktop research, questionnaires, rapid user testing etc.
• Conceptualizing concepts by creating wireframes, UI design, icon designs, prototyping and marketing materials.
