Tool for Antiseptic manufacturing production
During my time at Novo Nordisk, I worked with project called BCO Assist. BCO Assist is a digital product developed to support and optimize production-line operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The solution provides operators with real-time visibility of tasks, progress, dependencies, and shift handovers, helping to reduce inefficiencies and standardize critical workflows. By combining role-based guidance, digital work instructions, and improved documentation, the platform has increased operational efficiency, reduced process duration, and improved the day-to-day experience for shopfloor users.
Facilitated Highlights of my contribution to the project
- UX Research: Defined user groups and roles at the production line within antiseptic manufactoring in Novo, by various qualitive and quantative research initatives
- Concept strategy and product direction
- UI design: Implementation of Novo Design system
- Innovation iniatives: Design thinking on new business potentials
- Scrum facilitation: Training the team in agile frameworks
- Stakeholder management: Defining user requirements and product strategy
- Change Management: Onboarding of users and training in the product

To ensure that the team focused on solving the rights user challenges and needs, I conducted various UX research initiatives. Here’s an example on a user journey map from users on a production line.
Examples on methods used: Interviews, surveys, stakeholder analysis, user journey mapping.
In Novo Nordisk a lot of my task has be been to include UX and UX Research into excisisting process’: Hence it was necessary for me to guide and show where and how user center design should be included in the work.
